Continuum is a body/mind practice that focuses on the way we move. It is awareness, cultivation, and a surfing of the astonishing creative fluid system that in truth, we are.

Dreamtime is the timeless spaciousness in which transformative shamanic consciousness is encouraged to flourish.

Continuum Dreamtime Retreat

Continuum is an invitation to play in the field of being human. We explore breath,
sound, and movements that mirror and engage our living fluid nature. The process leads us into conscious relationship with all life.

The awakening of this consciousness infuses every part of our being - physical, emotional, spiritual, and communal - with spontaneous grace and ease. The retreat begins with presentations of open form movement explorations that range from the subtle to the dynamic and that establishes deep pleasurable connection to nature inside and out. Multicultural textiles, art, and artifacts transform the environment into a dreamscape that stimulates the imaginal dreaming psyche processes.

As the week progresses we move, sound, rest, imagine, and play in the spring of communal silence, until finally, saturated in sensation and biological intelligence, we leave knowing, and grateful for, the gift of life that courses through our veins.

You are cordially invited to spend a week in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in community, whole-hearted inquiry, and deep play with some of the most delightful, open, and beautiful people on the planet.

Retreat Instructors: Ana-Aegi and Cory
Ana-Aegi Clothiaux brings a gift for encouraging the individual’s process
and a passion for Dreamtime ritual to this work. In this retreat she will share
her knowledge and love of indigenous cultures and her skill in working with
subtle body energies. She draws understanding from nature and will create
explorations that incorporate nature as the teacher. Ana-Aegi began
studying Continuum with Emilie Conrad and Susan Harper, the founders of
Continuum Movement, in 1994. She is a pediatric physical therapist of
twenty years with extensive training in cranial sacral therapy and other
modalities.
Cory Blake is an authorized Continuum Movement teacher who is a guitarist, educator, and composer. He has performed in numerous venues and taught on the faculties of both Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond. A long time student of meditation and human potential inquiries, Cory began studying Continuum with Emilie Conrad and Susan Harper, the
founders of Continuum, in 1992. He brings full energy, a lighthearted humor, and a love of the great mystery to this work. Cory believes that Continuum is one of the great evolutionary shifts on the planet.

The retreat begins Sunday June 22th with dinner at 6 p.m. and
ends Friday June 27th after lunch at 2 p.m.

Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. on the 22th.
