We start every New Year with Release and Renewal under the big beautiful skies of Sedona, Arizona. Come slow down, relax and take stock of where you are in your life. You'll blend right- and left- brain consciousness to gain clarity on what you need to let go of -- and what you want to begin creating for yourself in the coming year. By learning how to access your own fluidity, you can discover what it takes to release unwanted baggage, uncover your deepest inspirations, and powerfully connect with the world.

Discover how to use breath, movement, voice and touch to slow down, deeply nourish yourself and enter your heart more fully.
Explore the inner tools needed to sustain this open-heartedness in your daily life.
Learn how to call in the elements of nature and pray in the Native American tradition of the Medicine Wheel, honoring all of creation and celebrating life and its fullness.
Practice hands-on table work in sacred ceremony.

The Native American Medicine Wheel honors the balance and inclusion of all of nature. In opening at this level we can tap into what we need to heal, and more easily create what we want in our world.

By working with our right and left brains, the sacred and the linear, we will be opening to what it takes to create effective, powerful change in your life and to sustain it.

This time of release and renewal is also an excellent opportunity to celebrate life and its fullness, which we will do!

This retreat takes place at the beautiful Sedona Hilton. A block of rooms is reserved at a reduced rate. This cost is not included in the course cost. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Grounding & Healthy Boundaries and an individual session with workshop instructor, Suzanne Scurlock-Durana, prior to the workshop, (cost $110 phone session ; $120 in person session - paid at time of session)

Please note starting date:: For those of you that have attended the workshop before, the day of the week the workshop begins has changed. For 2009 - Release and Renewal in Sedona will be starting on Thursday, January 8th with registration at 8:30am, with our wonderful opening concert with Jesse Kalu from 4:30-5:30pm that afternoon. We will close by 4:00pm on the 12th, a Monday. This enables all of us to fly midweek which can really help airfares!
