Move beyond technique to master the process of holding a strong therapeutic presence professionally and personally for the rest of the world. Whether you are a bodyworker, psychotherapist, yoga teacher, coach, or anyone wishing to hold a healing space for another, this course will teach you how to develop richer skills in grounding and widening your energy field. Once you embody these life-changing skills, they'll be yours for life.

You'll practice mapping your own energy habits: your strengths as well as how you may lose energy and grounding when faced with overwhelming emotions or challenging situations. You'll also learn how to rejuvenate yourself more quickly. In addition, you will learn how to track the individual energy flow habits and blockages of your clients and how to help them use grounding to rejuvenate themselves.

Develop richer skills in grounding and expanding your energy field. Study specific “Energy Profiles” that distinguish ways people compensate for past traumas such as dissociation and addiction. Practice methods to track a client's energy flow habits and blockages. Use your skills in a way that helps others connect with their own internal resources, increase their energy flow and reconnect them to the present moment. These skills are key in helping people to heal from trauma. They are also key in helping anyone live a richer life full of joy and creativity.

As a professional completing this training you will be empowered to help your clients address deeper emotional issues without being retraumatized. You will be able to more easily deal with a client’s resistance to the healing process and create richer sessions. You will learn how to work with your own emotional process more deeply, without being overwhelmed or burning out. The result is more diversity, strength and fluidity in your energy field, which enables you to more fully experience the joy in each present moment. Here is our current schedule (subject to changes)

Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Due to the advanced nature of this work, pre-approval through the Healing From the Core office is required for all participants.
